
Maria Solana profile
María Solana started her career as a Lawyer in 2000. After her Master in Valencia University in urban planning, she started as Head of Legal Department within GDSUR Group, a capital investment and real estate construction company. Meanwhile she obtained the certification of Civil Mediator and Master of practice in Law in the Alicante´s Bar Association-University of Alicante. In 2008 she decided to open her own law firm.
Since she opened her law firm, she has been working almost exclusively for British, Scandinavian, Dutch, Belgian, Austrian and Russian clients, specializing in conveyancing and urban law, international inheritance, wills, including court litigation in these fields, and she practices law under the most important methodologies in project management. She treats her cases like projects, hence, all the procedures are monitored and under control.
She also works managing and giving advice to the Housing Department within the City Council of different city councils in Alicante´s Province.
María is a lecturer, at Miguel Hernández University, and advisor, at Wolf Project, in project management (she is PRINCE2 certified, Scrum Master Certified), and she is a reference in Legal Project Management. She has been a speaker in International Congress, seminars, Institute of Mediterranean Studies of Protocol (IMEP University), and teaches in protection data law in UMH.
