In the area of consulting, I apply my knowledge in project and strategy management and my experience to, based on the identification of the situation of an organization or a specific problem for a client, define both strategies and models. necessary for its management.

I have participated in the creation of corporate strategies for operations management and for the development of methodologies and business processes.

Training

One of the most rewarding facets in which I participate is specialized training in project management, soft skills to manage teams and problem resolution and legal management. In fact, I regularly participate in conferences with universities and others, both in Spain and internationally.

Within the university field, I have been a teacher of master’s degrees and subjects related to the management of European projects regarding social and urban problems (city development, and houses); data protection, legal requirements in the prevention of occupational risks and contracts and implementation of restaurants and hotels, among others.
